Now leading Legend Hire’s Northern Region, Adam draws on this foundation to deliver reliable, customer-focused solutions across Queensland, the Northern Territory, and Western Australia. With a proven ability to build high-performing teams and lasting customer relationships, Adam is committed to ensuring projects run smoothly—on time, on spec, and with minimal risk.

Marc Griffin
Propping & Jacking Category Manager
Marc brings over 17 years of hands-on experience in the Propping & Jacking space, having been one of the founding team members at Shore Hire—now known as United Rentals following its acquisition. He played a pivotal role in building their national Propping & Jacking division from the ground up, developing deep expertise across back propping, complex façade retention, and large-scale bridge jacking projects.
Beginning his career as a bricklayer, Marc combines practical trade knowledge with technical capability. He’s passionate about delivering complete, turnkey solutions that de-risk construction sites—covering everything from engineering and logistics to onsite supply and support. Now leading the Propping & Jacking division at Legend Hire, Marc is focused on driving smarter, safer outcomes for contractors and engineers across the country.

Stringing & Winching Category Manager
With over 15 years of experience in the industry, Nick leads Legend Hire’s stringing category, providing tailored equipment solutions for complex power, utilities, construction and transmission line projects.
He builds strong customer relationships, identifies new opportunities, and delivers legendary service and support. With his deep industry expertise and hands-on approach, he can help you solve your toughest stringing challenges with the latest innovations.

Shoring & Traffic Category Manager
Having been part of the founding family behind Jaybro and Orange Hire, Trent brings extensive leadership experience in solving customer challenges and delivering innovative solutions. With a background in sales and marketing, he is dedicated to building high-performing teams and ensuring Legend Hire provides tailored solutions that create long-term success for its customers. His leadership is focused on driving strategic growth while staying true to the company’s customer-first values.
Sam Rudd
Engineering Manager
Sam, a chartered engineer with a decade of experience, specializes in Temporary Works Design, ensuring safe and efficient solutions for complex construction projects. His expertise includes shoring, propping, hydraulic jacking, and product development.
Working closely with contractors and site teams, he develops cost-effective temporary works solutions that enhance safety and constructability. Passionate about innovation, he has contributed to specialized propping and hydraulic shoring systems. His hands-on approach and attention to detail ensure designs meet industry standards and project-specific needs.
Julian Davies
A Chartered Accountant with over 25 years of experience, Julian has held senior roles in finance, commercial management, and supply chain.
