Single-Acting High-Tonnage Jacking Cylinders
The RJ Series is designed as a single-acting, spring-return cylinder, making it an excellent choice for high-tonnage applications requiring a short-stroke cylinder. It is ideal for tasks such as jacking, testing, weighing, and general maintenance, particularly in scenarios where capacities exceed those of the 100-ton RLP Series.
Each RJ Series cylinder is built with a hard chrome-plated bore and piston rod, offering superior corrosion resistance. A bronze overlay on the piston bearing area enhances durability by minimizing scoring and extending the cylinder’s lifespan. Additionally, the cylinders are equipped with removable hardened saddles as a standard feature for added versatility and performance
