RPLC SERIES
Single-Acting Pancake Locking Collar Cylinders
The RPLC Series consists of single-acting, load-return pancake locking collar cylinders. With their compact design, these cylinders feature a threaded piston rod and lock ring for secure load holding.
Once the lock ring is screwed into place and engages with the cylinder body, the load can be mechanically held for long durations. This allows hoses and pumps to be removed until the load needs to be lowered. These cylinders are particularly suitable for applications like bridge construction and maintenance.
Every RPLC Series cylinder is built with a hard chrome-plated bore for enhanced corrosion resistance, along with a specialized coating on the piston rod and lock ring to guard against corrosion and abrasion. Standard features include an integral tilt saddle and an oil overflow port to restrict piston stroke for added safety and functionality.
