Litebox
Litebox is a lightweight, modular trench support system designed to provide safe ground support in excavations. It is made up of aluminium panels, adjustable struts, and corner posts that can be configured to suit a wide range of site conditions and excavation layouts.
The modular nature of the system allows it to be assembled on site into two-, three-, or four-sided arrangements, with panels available in various lengths and heights. The system can also be stacked to achieve greater excavation depths.
This flexibility enables the box to be adapted to different trench depths, widths, and service penetrations, including situations where pipes or utilities pass through the excavation at varying levels or angles.
The box is usually installed using a dig-and-place method. Due to their low weight, the components can be handled manually or with small excavators, making the system well suited to confined sites, emergency works, and projects requiring rapid installation.

aluminium inspection shaft shoring
Combining aluminium trench panels of different lengths enables shafts of various plan dimensions to be shored. The result is an unobstructed working space without struts.

- For soils that are stable for short periods

- Clear working width: 1.03 – 3.12 m
lightweight aluminium lining for trench sides
Litebox aluminium trench lining is very easy to use. A mini-excavator can be employed to place the elements in position. Full shoring is required in soils that are stable for short periods only. This is the safe, quick answer for max. 3 m deep trenches. One frequent application is partial shoring with the aluminium trench edge support in stable soils and for trenches no deeper than 1.75 m.
