Description
Needle Beam Propping is a temporary structural support system used in construction and renovation projects to transfer loads from walls or structures to a stable foundation while openings are created, or structural modifications are made. It is commonly used in underpinning, wall removal, façade retention, and structural alterations, providing safe load distribution to ensure stability.
How Steel Needle Beam Propping Works:
- Steel needle beams are inserted horizontally through an opening in the wall or structure to redistribute loads.
- The beams rest on adjustable propping systems. These include adjustable steel props, hydraulic jacks and engineered shoring supports.
- This method lets you remove or modify lower structural sections while the upper structure stays supported.
