OMAC F144.1 Pulley Block
Description
The OMAC F144.1 is a single-sheave running-out block fit for stringing one conductor. It is the nylon-sheave counterpart of the aluminium F144 / F150 blocks, with the sheave itself moulded in nylon rather than lined with nylon sectors.
The nylon sheave runs on sealed ball bearings inside a galvanised steel frame. The block is hung from a demountable attachment that revolves by 90°, and it is available with a narrow wheel.
Four sizes are listed: the F144.1.35.60 (Ø350 mm sheave, 60 mm groove, 20 kN, 15 kg), F144.1.56.78 (Ø560 mm, 78 mm, 40 kN, 41 kg), F144.1.64.88 (Ø640 mm, 88 mm, 40 kN, 45 kg) and F144.1.80.97 (Ø800 mm, 97 mm, 50 kN, 63 kg).
A cage for stocking and transport (opt. 320) is available. For two- or three-bundle work, the matching nylon-sheave block is the F145.1.
