OMAC F153 Balancing Running Board

The OMAC F153 is a balanced type running board for 2-bundle or 3-bundle conductors, fit for connecting the pulling rope to the conductors as they are strung through multi-sheave blocks.

Beyond the swivel joints and steel ropes of the fixed F153.F, the balancing version carries a sheave with balancing counterweights and two anti-twisting steel ropes, one for the external conductors and one for the central conductor. The counterweights keep the board hanging level, and the anti-twisting ropes resist the tendency of the bundle to rotate, so the board passes over each stringing block the right way up.

Six versions are available, F153.2.1, F153.2.2 and F153.2.6 for twin bundles and F153.3.1, F153.3.2 and F153.3.6 for triple bundles. All carry a 100 kN working load, with weights from 120 kg to 195 kg.

Choose the F153 over the fixed F153.F for long sections, heavy conductor or line angles where board rotation is a risk. It runs on OMAC three-sheave blocks such as the F145.
