OMAC F154.6 Balancing Running Board
Description
The OMAC F154.6 is a balanced type running board for 6-bundle conductors, fit for connecting the pulling rope to six conductors. It is the heaviest-duty running board in OMAC’s range.
It carries five sheaves with balancing counterweights, one swivel joint for the pulling rope (F250.R.28.1), six swivel joints for the conductors (F250.R.18.1), and three lengths of anti-twisting steel rope, Ø18 mm and 3 m long. The counterweights and anti-twist ropes keep the board level and prevent the six-conductor bundle from rotating as it passes over each block.
Two sizes are listed, the F154.6.1 and F154.6.2, each with a 150 kN working load and weights of 320 kg and 350 kg.
The F154.6 is designed to fit OMAC F189 seven-sheave pulleys. For simpler straight-line pulls, the fixed F154.6.F does without the counterweighted sheaves.
Dimensions and weights are without optional devices.
