OMAC F154.F Fixed Running Board
Description
The OMAC F154.F is a fixed type running board for 4-bundle conductors, fit for connecting the pulling rope to four conductors. It leads the quad bundle through five-sheave stringing blocks, holding each sub-conductor in line with its own sheave.
It is supplied with swivel joints and steel ropes. The fixed design has no counterweights, giving a lighter, simpler board for straight sections and moderate pulls.
Five versions are listed, F154.4.1.F, F154.4.2.F, F154.4.5.F, F154.4.6.F and F154.4.8.F, which differ in board dimensions to suit different sub-conductor spacings. All carry a 93 kN working load, and weights run from 120 kg to 165 kg.
Use with OMAC F149, F149.S or F149.1 five-sheave blocks. For long or angled sections where bundle rotation is a concern, the balancing F154 adds counterweighted sheaves and anti-twisting ropes.
Dimensions and weights are without optional devices.
