OMAC PT150.33.SK Hydraulic Puller-Tensioner
The OMAC PT150.33.SK is a skid-mounted machine with three hydraulic circuits that works as both a tensioner and a puller, stringing 1, 2 or 3 ropes or conductors. It delivers 1 x 150 kN or 3 x 50 kN max pull and tension, handles conductors up to 3 x 45 mm, and weighs 13000 kg without rope. A 20 t road-trailer is available as an option.
Description
The OMAC PT150.33.SK is a skid-mounted machine with three hydraulic circuits, designed to operate both as a tensioner and as a puller, stringing 1, 2 or 3 ropes or conductors. As a puller it delivers a maximum pull of 1 x 150 kN or 3 x 50 kN at 2.5 km/h, with a top speed of 5 km/h. As a tensioner it delivers a maximum tension of 1 x 150 kN or 3 x 50 kN, with a top speed of 5 km/h.The machine has three pairs of bull-wheels, 6 x Ø1500 mm with 15 grooves, with high-resistance steel grooves that are thermally and chemically treated and fit for steel wire ropes or conductors. It accepts conductors up to 3 x 45 mm and ropes up to 30 mm in diameter. A version with Ø1800 mm bull-wheels is also available.Power comes from a water-cooled diesel engine rated at 278 hp (205 kW), with a 24 V electric plant. An oil cooling system is fitted, and three auxiliary hydraulic circuits run additional equipment (3 reel-winders or 3 reel-stands).The operator works from a control panel with three built-in DEG 10 electronic instruments, each with a 10″ graphic colour display and a USB port. The PT150.33.SK uses a maintenance-free load cell reading system and has an electronic instrument by-pass. In puller mode, a pull-force setting device holds the pre-set force even at zero speed. It also has a self-recovery device for sagging operations, three negative hydraulic safety brakes, manual and automatic clamps for 3 ropes or conductors, and back and front conductor-drivers with nylon rollers for 3 conductors, so reel-stands can be positioned in front of or behind the machine.The machine is skid mounted, with a hydraulic front plough, attachments for anchoring and lifting, and a grounding connection point. It measures 6.20 m long, 2.35 m wide and 2.60 m high, and weighs 13000 kg without rope. A road-trailer with a 20 t load capacity is available as an option.
